Product Management · People Analytics

Hi, I'm Alan.

I build products that help companies make smarter people and compensation decisions. I've spent my career at the intersection of data, people, and the systems that connect them.

About

Turning messy data into
decisions people trust.

I'm a Sr. PM at Compa, where we help HR teams make sense of compensation data with a real-time data network and AI.

Before moving into product, I spent years in people analytics (Mercer, Salesforce, Uber, ATOMS), where I saw the same story over and over again: organizations have way more data than they know what to do with. The real work is figuring out what actually matters and making it usable.
